Iolo is oblivious to his phone ringing
At number 7, Iolo’s phone rings, but he ignores it, writing in his book;
Colin rings Siôn about Iolo
Gethin confers with Colin, saying he can see Iolo is more ill than they thought, and Colin rings Siôn.
This Bryn is still after Gemma
Gemma has another message from Bryn – “There’s a new band playing, if you fancy it.”
"I'm the girlfriend of the hunk on stage"
Then Mark arrives with a parcel for her, a black t-shirt with the slogan on the front, “I’m the girlfriend of the hunk on the stage,” to wear at tonight’s gig.
Mark appears less than impressed with the slogan
“Are you going to wear that?” says Mark, surprised, and goes to make a cup of tea;  rebuffed, she answers the text from Bryn – “as friends.”
Dani would prefer a big, fancy marquee, among other things
Outside the Deri, Hywel tells Ed they have to organise a rugby club committee meeting without Dai knowing, but Ed is more interested in trying to persuade Dani to hold her wedding reception, on 7 December, at the Deri, rather than in some posh marquee.   Sioned comments, “Do you know how desperate you sound, promising all that?” and he reminds her that they are desperate.
Spoilt brat whines, "That money will go straight into Angela's pocket"
Then Eileen passes, and Sioned complains about not getting any money;  Eileen tells her that she is always there for her, but Sioned says, “I don’t have a cheque to prove that.   The money you paid Eifion will go straight into Angela’s pocket!”
Iolo does not want to talk to his father . . .
When Siôn arrives at number 7, Iolo tells him that it was not supposed to happen, and he has let Siôn down.   As his father comes closer, Iolo insists, “No-one must touch me!”   Siôn and Colin leave, and Gethin tries to get Iolo to explain to him what is going on.
. . . but Gethin seems to have got through to him
Iolo says he cannot remember a time when he did not feel like this, and has a compulsion to make his lists;  he is afraid of what might happen if he stops.   Gethin asks, “Do you want to spend the rest of your life feeling like this?   There are people who can help you.”
They meet Siôn on the way back to Y Felin
Iolo finally asks him, “Take me home, please,” and as they walk along the road they meet Siôn, who is relieved that Iolo is coming back.
Gemma does not feel well enough to go to this gig
Mark cannot find his blue shirt for tonight’s gig, and Gemma announces that she does not feel well, so will not be able to come with him.   When he leaves, she rings Bryn;  “What time and where?” she says, and then orders a taxi, for 39, Maes-y-Deri.
Later, when she is waiting for the taxi to arrive, Ed calls , saying he is sorry for disappearing like that, and they start discussing old times.
Gemma does not appreciate being unpaid labour
When the taxi comes, she cancels it.   However, when Ed asks if she will do some unpaid shifts at the Deri, she exclaims, “So you didn’t want to patch things up, you just wanted to use me, and save some money!”
But unfortunately Bryn does not answer his phone
As soon as Ed leaves, she tries, unsuccessfully, to ring Bryn.
Sioned is sceptical about the wedding reception arrangements
After Dani has outlined her outlandish requirements for the reception to Ed, including petals on the floor leading to the “top table”, he says that a sizeable deposit will be necessary, £2000, and she agrees to send Garry over with the money.   Sioned warns Ed to be careful – “This is Garry Monk you’re dealing with!”
Iolo is back, and is full of apologies
Iolo arrives back at Y Felin, apologising to Britt, and agreeing that he needs professional help, so Siôn calls the doctor.
"All Eifion's money would make him a good chairman"
In the Deri, Hywel is musing that Eifion, who now has acquired a lot of money, would make a good club chairman.
Sioned incredibly rudely refuses Eileen's cheque
Eileen offers Sioned a £500 cheque, as that is all she can afford, but Sioned’s response is, “Nothing at all would have been less insulting!”   Ed tells her it is obvious she is not interested in rescuing the pub.
Gemma is texting, “sorry about tonight,” when Mark and Colin get back after the gig;  Mark gets some cans, while Colin sits by Gemma and looks threateningly at her.
Colin can see through Gemma's lies, and tells her so
“Where have you been?   Girls like you never change.   I’m keeping my eye on you!”
Dr Gwyn arrives at Y Felin and talks to Iolo, asking how he feels.   He is tired, as there is so much to do before he sleeps;  he has to clean everything, or he might make other people ill.
Iolo finally accepts that he needs help, and will accept it
The doctor says that there are things that can be done – he can prescribe anti-depressants now, but they will not work overnight, and he needs referring to a psychiatrist.
Dr Gwyn assures Iolo that his condition will improve
Iolo wants to prove that he really is willing to take the step of seeking help, and passes his little book across the table to Doctor Gwyn, who tells him there is a long journey ahead, but there are people who understand and can help him.
Iolo looks relieved;  “Thank you,” he says quietly.
