More pressure from Gaynor
Ffion has a call from Jinx to say he will not be able to pick up Arwen, then Gaynor hassles her for the year 9 assessment forms.
It is getting too much for Ffion
Soon afterwards she is so fed up with all the paperwork that she sits with her head in her hands;  Mark, who has just delivered a parcel to the school, says she looked stressed earlier, and bewails the fact that break-ups do not get any easier.   He advises her there is no need to panic about work – “There’s more to life!” he says.
She definitely looks a bit under the weather
Outside the café, Meic sees Anita, who is looking unwell with a stomach upset;  “You haven’t been home for days,” she complains.   Inside the café, Dani is in planning mode, instructing Gethin what he is to arrange, and shows him the veil that she wants.
This wedding expenditure is getting out of hand
Even though it may be a designer item, and hand-made lace, Gethin is of the opinion that £700 is over the top.   Then Dani has a call from the invitation designer.
Debbie has the video greeting idea
Debbie cannot believe that Liam is 27, and has the notion of recording a birthday greeting video on her iPad (which she will insist on calling a tablet);  Meic thinks this is a good idea.
Dani begins setting out her requirements
Soon, Dani and Garry are at Siôn’s, with Dani laying down the law about the ceremony she wants.   She does not want hymns, but instead Elin Fflur’s songs, no sermon, as that is boring, and she and Garry will do most of the talking.
Siôn wonders what he has let himself in for
Siôn is not sure about some of her requirements, such as writing her own vows, but she will keep the Bible bit, “Poor, sickness, wealth – that’s catchy!”
Diane also has been given a list of things to do
In the Deri, Diane is also working on the wedding arrangements, and moans to Gethin about having to find a harp to play Welsh music as she walks Dani up the aisle;  this surprises Gethin, as he expected that task.   Then Meic rushes in to ask Diane to keep an eye on Anita, as he will be busy making a video.
Anita worries about Meic's clean socks
When Diane gets to Anita’s, she hears that Meic has been over there for days;  “I don’t know what he is doing about clean socks,” worries Anita.   Diane asks her, “You don’t think it will last, do you?”
Ffion arrives in her car . . .
Ffion arrives back in the village, gets out of her car, looks at her phone and goes indoors, leaving Arwen sitting, quite untroubled, in the back seat.
. . . but seems to have overlooked one important person
When Gaynor passes, she sees Arwen, and phones Ffion;  “I'm standing outside your car,” says Gaynor.   “Arwen!” screams Ffion, and rushes downstairs
Arwen wonders what all the fuss is about
Before she can reach the car, Jinx arrives on the scene;  Ffion retrieves Arwen and tells Jinx, “I was only gone two minutes!”   “And that’s all right, is it?” is his response.
Dani tries to placate Gethin about giving her away, and says she thinks of him as, “An honorary bridesmaid,” which causes Garry some amusement.
"I’ll give the bride and the honorary bridesmaid a bit of privacy!"
He goes back to the garage, remarking, “I’ll give the bride and the honorary bridesmaid a bit of privacy!”   Gethin is offended;  “Is this all the thanks I get?” he says, “No more organising!” and throws down the paperwork.
"Ooh, look at this tribute band!"
Later, Dani is working on the seating plan for the reception, and Garry thinks it is rather early for that.   She has also found a Frank Sinatra tribute band online, and books them.   Garry is worried;  “Will this cost me the garage?”
"I'm a bad mother and a bad teacher!"
Poor Ffion is at a low ebb;  “I know what I did was awful – I can’t do anything right these days!   It’s true, I’m a bad mother and a bad teacher.   Gaynor has been pestering me all day for these forms.   I’m a joke, Jinx, really!”
Geraint having a laugh at the café proprietors
Anwen is about to enter the café, when Meic and Debbie, dressed as clowns, come out;  Meic videos Debbie greeting Liam on his birthday, while Geraint, who is using the cash machine, laughs at them.
"Got the runs, have you?" asks Debbie, sensitively
Anita passes, having visited the doctor, and Debbie tells her that yoghurt is supposed to be, “Good for the bowels.”   Then Meic goes over to check on Anita, while Debbie chats to Mark inside the café.   He says he should have realised there was too much of an age gap, and Debbie assures him she is always there for him.
Unmistakeably an iPad, despite the black cat
He puts on her wig, and she videos his greeting to Liam.
"You didn't go in the shop like that?"
Meic, still in the clown costume, buys a few things for Anita and takes them to her, then pops upstairs to collect some socks and other things.
Ffion is a little more relaxed after her bath
Jinx is playing with Arwen on the sofa when Ffion, in her dressing gown, returns from the bath;  he urges her not to be too hard on herself.   Then the buzzer goes, and it is Gaynor, again;  she says she did the same thing in Chester, when Izzy was three.   “Under the circumstances,” she says, “You should forget about those forms, and I’ll do them.”
Arwen forgives Mummy for her mistake
As Gaynor leaves, Ffion goes to sit by Arwen, and says, “I’m so sorry!”   Arwen looks remarkably unperturbed by the whole episode.
