Ed's name comes down . . .
Ed takes down his name from above the Deri’s door, replacing it with Siôn’s name.
"You're playing with fire!" admonishes Dani
Dani is questioning Garry as she approaches;  “Have you anything else to tell me?   You’re playing with fire!”
. . . and Siôn's name is affixed in its place
Garry jokes that he hopes Siôn really has got a licence, and Siôn insists, “I respect the law.”
Family photo outside the Deri
As Sioned takes a picture of the four of them outside the Deri, Gethin, further down the street, is on the phone to the police, withdrawing his allegation against Garry.
Gethin is too late – the police are already here
He is too late, as he sees a police car, which stops outside the garage;  Garry also sees, and looks accusingly at him.
Meic is seized by a coughing fit
Meic has bought a new video camera, an HD model, as he wants to film people at work, going about their everyday life;  then he starts coughing violently.
Garry is very relaxed about the police visit
At the garage, Garry checks the search warrant and the two officers examine the premises, as he says he will make them a cup of tea, which they refuse.
"There's nothing to hide."
“How can you be so calm?” asks Gethin, and Garry tells him that there is nothing to hide.   Then the police want to see the lock-up, so Garry takes them there;
Dani is angry with her brother
Dani insists that she will follow with Gethin.
Ed thinks of the good times
As Ed looks at the sign and reminisces, Britt and Siôn come to talk to them about rent for the flat;  Sioned says they could manage £50 a week, but Britt has been told by Tomos ac Ellis that they could get twice that.   Siôn decides on £60.
"It's my duty as a Christian!"
Later Britt scolds him for being so soft, but he sanctimoniously replies, “It’s my duty as a Christian.”
"Sorry for wasting your time, Mr Monk"
“Sorry for wasting your time, Mr Monk,” say the police, after finding the lock-up empty.   Dani tells Gethin, “You should be ashamed of yourself, phoning the police!”
"You're a cuckoo in the nest!"
Garry accuses him of being, “A cuckoo in the nest – and you know what happens to them!”
"If you get caught, you'll be on your own!"
Britt tells Siôn that he has always been honest and never deceitful;  Siôn replies, “I might be more like a Monk than you realise.”   Britt warns him, “If you get caught, that’s the end of you, and you’ll be on your own!”
"Garry comes first from now on!"
Dani puts Gethin firmly in his place, saying that she and Garry have no secrets from each other;  “Garry comes first from now on, not you!”
Gethin explains that Garry treats him like dirt and continually puts him down, but Dani tells him, “You’re so childish – are you jealous because I’m happy?”
Garry gives her money for some shopping
Then Garry gives her a wad of notes and tells her to do some shopping, as he and Gethin have “things to sort out”.
Britt continues to warn Siôn; “You don’t realise the seriousness of what you have done;  if you get caught, we could lose our home,” but he smugly tells her that will not happen.
“It will take years to pay that money back – what if the people at the chapel discover that the money is missing?”
"Trust me!" says Saint Siôn
Siôn smiles, and says, “Trust me!   We have to make sure this place succeeds, so we must work together.”   Sioned asks if they can start paying rent from next Monday, and Siôn agrees.
Mark wants to star in the village film
In the bar, Meic and his video camera is attracting interest, especially from Mark, who wants to star in his film.
Anita loses her temper
Then Meic suffers another coughing fit, and Anita shouts at Mark who is joking about films.   Then she hurriedly leaves and goes home.
"I'm always one step ahead of you!"
Garry pulls down the shutter on the lock-up, orders Gethin to sit down and addresses him:  “You probably want to know where the bags have gone – I’m always one step ahead of you.”   When Gethin says he could have told Dani exactly what was going on, Garry asks, “Why didn’t you?”
Garry removes his jacket and rolls up his sleeves as he continues, “Dani knows that I have my weaknesses, but I expected better from my brother-in-law!   Nobody crosses me!   I can do no wrong in her eyes!”
Gethin runs for his life
Gethin is by now convinced that he is about to be beaten up, and bolts out of the door.
Anita finally reveals the truth
Diane goes to check on Anita, and after assuming that she is having second thoughts about remarrying, then that she is ill, is eventually informed that Meic is dying of Lung Cancer.
Meic offers Ed a taxi-driving job
In the Deri, Mark is still playing with the camera, while Meic tells Ed that he needs a taxi driver on the night shift.
"Iechyd da!" he says to Mark, who is wielding the camera
Ed jumps at the chance, and is told he can work the phones until his taxi licence comes through.
"This little idiot looks just like you"
When Garry gets back to the garage, Gethin is frantically gathering together all his tools, but Garry shows him the CCTV footage.   “This little idiot looks just like you.   Very clear, isn’t it?   It pays to have good cameras.
"I shall show this to the police"
“If things go wrong for me now, I shall show this to the police, and deny I had anything to do with it!”   He adds, manacingly, “When I tell my servant to jump, that’s exactly what you’ll do!
"You still work for me!"
Put your stuff back – you still work for me!”
Anita tells Diane all about Meic’s condition, and that he did not tell her for months.   “He decided not to have treatment, as he wants to enjoy the time he has left.”   They agree they cannot understand how he can be so strong.
Diane makes it plain that she knows
Then he comes home, laughing about Mark’s performance in the Deri.   Diane urges him to sit down and take it easy, and says he is very brave.   It does not take him long to see what has happened;
"I don't want people feeling sorry for me"
“Anita has told you, hasn’t she?   I don’t want people feeling sorry for me.   It has given me the chance to look at life a different way, to be honest with myself and everyone around me.   Something positive has to come out of all this.”
