Garry and Gwern playing with cars;  Dani just out of the shower
Next morning, Garry and Gwern are playing with model cars;  he tells Dani he will not pretend that yesterday’s events did not hurt.   Dani says, “I’m not apologising for my decision, but I’m sorry you had to go through that.”   Garry takes Gwern out to feed the ducks.
Jinx will not cancel the unveiling because Gemma is absent
Jinx is in the Deri, publicising the unveiling of the mural, when Mark comes in and wants him to cancel the event, as Gemma is not there;  Jinx responds that she packed her bags and went to Europe.   Colin is doubtful if anyone will want to come and hear Jinx “spouting off.”   Ed refuses to provide free refreshments for the event, so Jinx goes to see Eileen in the shop.
Sioned points out the PR advantages of providing free refreshments
Meanwhile, Sioned persuades Ed that it would be good for the Deri to get some publicity;  all they would need is some cheap wine and crisps “at their sell-by date”.   So Ed changes his mind and follows Jinx to the shop, where he engages in a sort of bidding war with Eileen as to how much they will donate.   Eileen tells Jinx as she was second choice, he is not getting anything.
Sheryl visits Dani to check she is all right after yesterday
Sheryl goes to see Dani, and they are both pleased that Garry managed to keep his temper under control yesterday.   Dani says she is going to organise something for the three of them, as a family.
Another surprise for Mark, doing Ricky's homework
Mark is again working on Ricky’s school project when Jim arrives to fix a damp patch by the sink;  suddenly Mark discovers on a genealogy site that it is illegal to marry one’s former mother-in-law.
A grim-faced Jim cannot believe what he is reading
This is very unsettling for Jim, and he is not amused when Mark finds that this does not apply if the daughter is dead, and jokingly suggests that he should kill Angela.
Jinx pontificates to the assembled throng, including young extras
A crowd has gathered by the mural, covered by a large sheet, opposite Megan’s shop and next to Moduron Monk.
Colin, with a glass in each hand
Sioned is serving free drinks, and when Colin cannot choose between red and white wine, he takes one of each.

Jinx announces that this is an important day in the history of Cwmderi and thanks the villagers for their input, then Gwynfor pulls the rope to unveil the artwork, which Ed describes as “a bit childish.”
Dani tells Gethin to sort out his own problems, and "Ring Natalie"
Gethin goes to see Dani and is horrified that she went through with the abortion, but Dani is adamant, “I did what was right for me, and if you don’t like it, tough!   Just because you feel a bad father, don’t make me feel guilty.   You’re too busy criticising me to contact your own son.”
When she hands him the phone and tells him to ring Natalie, he refuses, saying he has made so many mistakes, and does not want to make things worse.   Dani reminds him that they both know what being rejected by parents is like;  he picks up the phone, then drops it and rushes out.
The wedding photos have just arrived, and Eileen gets emotional looking at them;  when Jim comes back, he insists that they go to the Deri for lunch, and will look at the photos later.
Jim warns Mark to, "Keep it zipped!"
Mark joins Jim at the bar and says, “You haven’t told her yet, then.   It’s never the right time to tell your missus she’s not your missus, and she’s going to jail!”   Jim is desperate to keep him quiet, and promises him a pint, and his damp patch repaired for free, “But only if you keep it zipped!”
Sioned, astonished at being blamed for losing Ed money
When Ed discovers that no photographer has been booked to record the event, and there is no media presence, he is angry;  he tells Sioned, “If I hadn’t listened to you, I wouldn’t be out of pocket now!”
When Garry and Gwern return home, Dani has rolled out artificial grass on the floor and provided a picnic, including Gwern’s favourite, doughnuts.   “What are we going to do with all this food?’ she asks.

Gwern is in no doubt about what to do with all this food
Gwern does not hesitate;  “Eat it!” he says.
