Elin is furious that Nansi has undone all her meticulous preparation
Elin arrives at Bryntirion, very angry that Nansi has publicised her secret weapon;  she cannot use that information now, and it is a huge blow to the defence.   Kevin is furious and tells Nansi, “Just go!”
After she has packed her bags, Kevin says they both know he is going to jail, and he does not know how he will cope.   The sound of the cell door being locked means he is in there for twelve hours, and last time it was only for hitting a copper;  this time he will be a rapist.   “It will be a million times worse, a nightmare;  I’d be better off dead!”
Garry's advice is, "Sort your men out!"
Outside the chippy, Britt tells Garry that if she could find someone to cover her shift, she would be in court tomorrow;  then Ffion approaches and they talk about their exasperating husbands.   Garry remarks, “Sounds as if you need to sort your men out.”
Neither Siôn nor Jinx look very pleased to see each other
Shortly afterwards, Ffion and Jinx, in the Deri for a meal, see Siôn and Britt coming in;  “Great, just what I wanted,” grouches Jinx.   The two women try to get Siôn and Jinx to make up, but they each insist the other is to blame, and that they were only backing up their respective wives.
Miss Llywelyn lays down the law to the two miscreant husbands
In an area of the Deri we have not seen before, Schoolmistress Ffion tells them that that acting like children will not help, and eventually they grudgingly shake hands, and Jinx tells Hywel, who is by that time watching, that there will be no problems with Ofcom.
Chester treats the whole thing as a joke:  "Chill out, Siôn!" he says
When Siôn and Britt get home, Chester is playing loud music, which Britt turns off, and he says he thought the whole thing was “a laugh”.   Siôn admonishes him, and takes away his tablet;  Chester’s response is, “Chill out, Siôn!”   His punishment is to help at the soup kitchen for a week, and he is duly delivered to Megan, who provides an apron for him and gives him his orders.
Megan hands over Chester's apron for the first of his Soup Kitchen shifts
Sheryl is startled to find Nansi has crept into the salon;  “Drop the charges!” she orders, “You were at fault making Kevin think you wanted him.   You can’t ruin his life – it’s not fair.”   She adds, “It could be your problem if he does something stupid!”
Sheryl responds, “Did he send you to say that?”   Nansi goes on about how they used to love each other, and how one little phone call to withdraw the charges will make everything right.   Sheryl is determined that emotional blackmail will not work, and when Nansi will not leave, she threatens to call the police on the salon phone;  Nansi stops her, so Sheryl goes to the back room for her mobile.
The behaviour of Nansi, wielding scissors, becomes ominous
Nansi follows and tells her that all the details of her past will be dragged up – “And you’ve got plenty of history;  you’re not as innocent as you look!”   As Nansi continues her rant, she picks up a nearby pair of hairdresser’s scissors and approaches Sheryl, who shouts, “You’re just like him – can’t get what you want, so you turn violent!”
Kevin disarms his mother;  "You've made things worse, again!"
Kevin, passing outside, hears the shouts of, “Drop the charges!” and bursts into the salon and grabs the scissors;  “You’ve made things worse, again!” he tells his mother.
After Nansi has gone Sheryl reiterates to Kevin that she will do her best to get him convicted, and adds that her life has been destroyed now, and Wil has gone, so he might as well tell the court about her attack on him with the iron.
Garry takes delight in throwing Kevin out
At that point Garry arrives and wastes no time in ejecting Kevin;  Sheryl sobs, “He’s going to get away with it, isn’t he?”   Garry hugs her.
