Gethin tells Siôn what Megan said about becoming a formal charity, and Siôn thinks it might be a good idea;  he also agrees to be on the board.   Megan comes in and begins organising everything;  she says they should have a presentation ceremony for the first donation — ie her cheque, yesterday.   She says, “There’s no point in giving if no-one sees it happening,” and goes off to see Hywel about an item on CwmFM.
"An item on CwmFM about her, she means."
“An item about her, she means,” says Gethin to Siôn.
When Meic comes downstairs, Anita asks if he will tells her what is going on;  he says that he had to send Kevin away, as he threatened Debbie, and attacked her.
Meic, about to admit to Anita that he sent Kevin away from the village
After hearing this, Anita visits Debbie, who is unable to face working in the café;  she learns all the details, and questions why the police were not involved.   Debbie says she cannot force people to report it, and she hopes that they never see Kevin again.
Gaynor is cooking breakfast when Hywel sees the “huge” credit card bill, but she says there is no point earning money if she cannot spend it;  “It’s gone too far, all this spending,” he tells her, “People are starting to talk.”
Hywel is angry about the credit card bill, but Gaynor is unconcerned
She replies that she will do what she wants.   Later she goes to the shop, pulling up outside in her Alfa Romeo, and Colin tells her that she would not give Izzy some money for an old banger, and now buys this.
"You refused to give Izzy money for an old banger!"
She gives him the news that the “Dudes” do not want him in the group, as it is “childish” for someone his age.   “That’s naked ageism!” he protests, then returns to online betting on his phone.   Shortly afterwards he has a big win.
Siôn goes round to visit Jinx, encouraging him to make a start on the mural, but Jinx is preoccupied with his anonymous note problem;  “Have you ever felt you have no control over your life?” he asks Siôn.
"I'm worried that someone will hurt Arwen, and it will be my fault!"
Later, he does go and look at the mural site, opposite Megan’s shop, and when Siôn starts talking about community, Jinx says, “There are bad people out there, disgusting people, who want to hurt you and your family.   Someone wants revenge;  I’m worried that someone will hurt Arwen, and it will be my fault!”
Siôn learns that Ffion knows nothing about the matter, so he advises him to talk to her about whatever it is, “Don’t suffer in silence,” he says.
Ricky comes home to find his mother in tears, which she tells him was caused by Kevin;  Ricky wants to sort him out, but agrees to stay with Debbie;  “I’m here for you,” he assures her.
Meic tells Anita, "He looked so angelic then."
Meic looks at a youthful picture of Kevin and wonders how he can tell people that his son attacks women.   He tells Anita of the look in Kevin’s eyes that night, like an animal;  it was a nightmare which sent a shiver down his spine.   The worst thing was that Kevin could not see that he had done anything wrong.   With Sheryl, Meic had convinced himself it was an accident, but now it had happened again.   He asks Anita, “What if they ask me why I didn’t report it sooner?   The police are bound to want to talk to Sheryl again.   Have I made it worse by sending him away?   I’m a weak man – that’s the truth.”
"If it were Darren, could you send your son to prison?"
