21 March 2014

Eileen hears that Eifion and Marian have come down with flu, so will not be at the wedding;  Sheryl arrives to do the hair of the bride and two bridesmaids.   When this has been done, Courtney takes a picture of the three of them to put on Facebook.
Courtney records the moment for Facebook
Sioned tells Ed that her skin has recovered quickly, so she will not need a hat, but asks him if she is doing the right thing by keeping quiet.
Sioned, in her rather over-the-top curlers, wondering if she is right in keeping quiet
Kevin comes downstairs at Siôn’s, and when told that Britt does not want him here, he likens Siôn to his father, walked all over by Anita, and as a result is told to leave.
Halfway through his toast, Siôn asks Kevin to leave, after he makes comments about Britt
Siôn has received an anonymous £300 donation for the Soup Kitchen.
Iolo is off to the rehearsal, referred to as “childish nonsense” by Colin, and remarks about the leather jacket;  when he has gone, Colin phones the bookie and puts £1,000 on Happy Days in the 1.45pm at Kempton Park.
Sheryl gets back to the salon, and Kevin follows her in;  she warns him he is not allowed there, but he threatens that he will put her and Garry in jail for trying to kill him.
Sheryl is not frightened of Kevin's threats
Sheryl, armed with a pair of scissors, stands up to him, confident that he has no proof, as he told everyone, including the hospital, that his injury was an accident.
At Megan’s shop, Gethin is helping sort the clothes when two visitors arrive – Carla Roberts and Ian Lewis of the Charity Auditor’s Team;  they have been tipped off that she is dipping into Maenan funds, and show her a copy of the relevant bank statement.
The Charity Auditor's team are investigating Megan
She takes them to her house, where she finds that on her laptop, the bank website says the same thing.   She is distraught and does not know what to do;  “I didn’t do this!   You’ve got to believe me!” she begs.
Sheryl arrives at Bethania, and avoids sitting by Sioned;  Sioned remarks to Ed, “She helped pay for new shoes and a bag.”   Sheryl tells Meic that Kevin threatened her, and he says she must tell the police.
Jim, infuriated by Colin's little joke about the rings
Colin pretends to have forgotten the rings, which infuriates Jim;  then he produces the box.   The organ strikes up and the bride arrives with her two attendants.   Sion begins the service, with a chap wielding a video camera standing behind him.
When the “just cause or impediment” part of the service arrives, Sioned stays quiet, but when Siôn gives Jim’s name as “James Hubert Probert”, the sound of a stifled giggle comes from Colin.
The happy couple, and no disruptions to this wedding
In the Deri after the service, Sioned comes over to her mother, and says, “It’s a lovely day, Mam, and you deserve to be happy!”   Eileen is overjoyed, and hugs her daughter for the first time in ages.
Are we witnessing the restoration of friendly relations between Eileen and Sioned?
Siôn tells Gethin about the £300 donation, saying he cannot believe anyone would be that generous.
Just before the Best Man’s speech, Colin rings the bookie, only to be told that Happy Days did not win, and he is £1,000 poorer;  nevertheless, he soldiers on with his speech.
Colin, somewhat crestfallen now that Happy Days has let him down
Kevin gets into the business units, sits on the floor in the dark, and takes swigs from a bottle of some sort of spirit.
The Stark Naked Dudes assemble outside the Deri:  Iolo, Jim, Jinx, Gethin and Ed;  Jinx suggests they could just go home, but in they process.   Eileen wonders where Jim is, but soon sees him with the rest of the Dudes.
Performance of Bois yn Borcyn, Jim, Jinx, Iolo, Gethin, Ed (behind)
They perform their wild gyrations, and just as Jinx appears to whip off his trousers and throw them to the audience, the camera cuts to the laughing, cheering guests.   We do not see whether Gemma succeeds in turning off the lights at the prearranged moment.
