Debbie finally reveals the truth as DS Fielding questions her
DS Fielding speaks to Debbie, and after first saying she does not remember, finally agrees that Kevin admitted the rape to her, and that she will make a statement.
In the shop, Gaynor mentions the “old banger” Izzy is going to buy, and Colin tells her he has sent her some money to pay for it.   Seeing a pack of “Rennies” on the shelf, he cooks up some tale about Aunt “Renee” from Birmingham leaving him money in her will, which does not convince Gaynor.

Colin's expensive leather jacket, causing Gaynor some worry
When Colin turns up later in the Deri with a posh leather jacket, Gaynor tells Hywel he cannot afford that, and she is convinced he has taken out a loan.   Debbie comes into the Deri to see Sheryl, worried that what she has said to the police may incriminate her, as she was blackmailing Kevin.
Sheryl says destroying Debbie's life is not at the top of her list at the moment
Sheryl is glad that this time people believe her, that Debbie will be a witness in the court case, and that Kevin is getting his just punishment.
Meanwhile, DS Fielding is releasing Kevin on bail to a bail hostel, and he is warned he must not contact Sheryl, Debbie or Meic.
Dai in Spain, via Skype, tells Diane she should join him there
Diane speaks to Dai in Spain via Skype, and he says he feels ten years younger out there, to which she responds that the “Stark Naked Dudes” make her feel ten years younger.   Later, DJ promises her a nice meal.
Siôn finds Meic looking morose in the café, and learns about Kevin being arrested;  when Siôn hears that his father called in the police, as he feared that other women were at risk, he denies that the situation between him and Macs was similar in any way.
Meic tells him, “You had a decision to make, and I don’t know if you feel guilty about Macs, but my conscience is completely clear.
Meic tells Debbie that her home and job are safe
Meic goes to see Debbie, telling her that he is thinking of buying Sabrina’s share of the café, and he wants Debbie to stay living there and working in the café.
Lubricated by quantities of wine after DJ’s sumptuous meal, Diane talks of not being able to forgive Dai, after his Christmas escapade with Shirley on the sofa.   “What would have happened if I had not come back?” she wonders.   DJ assures her, “A lot of men would be proud to have you in their arms,”  she flings her arms round him and kisses him, immediately regretting it, and apologising.
Diane's and DJ's drunken kiss, immediately regretted
DJ laughs it off, “You don’t really want a fling with your husband’s nephew,” and Diane calls herself, “a pervy pensioner.”
Colin arrives at Siôn’s as he and Britt are sitting down to supper, wanting Siôn to look through his Best Man’s speech for tomorrow;  he joins them for the meal.   Then Siôn goes to the chapel for a last-minute check, and on the way back encounters Kevin, on the bench again, and asks if he needs a friend;  he says that Siôn is the only person to treat him as if he were normal.
Shortly afterwards, Siôn arrives home with Kevin in tow, and Britt reacts predictably, snarling, “What’s he doing here?”   Siôn directs him upstairs to the spare room, and Britt continues, “Why bring that rapist here?   Siôn replies that he could not leave Kevin on that bench – he might do something stupid.
A very unwelcome visitor is brought home to Y Felin
“A lot of women would be safer if he did!” she shouts, and adds, “Letting Kevin stay here won’t make things better with Macs!   I don’t want him here!   He’s out tomorrow!”
