Meic is  very relieved to see Kevin again, back from Dolgellau
Meic is vacuuming when Kevin reappears;  Meic is overjoyed to see him.   Kevin says he has been in Dolgellau, regrets some of the things he said, and wants to be a better person.   When Anita arrives home, she gives him a different reception:  “What are you doing here?   You’ve been selfish, not telling your father where you were!”   Then she turns to Meic, and tells him that Kevin cannot stay there;  “Don’t let him walk all over you, or you’ll regret it again.”
Eileen, upset to hear that Sioned will not be at the wedding
Eileen and Sioned are having a cup of tea and talking about wedding dresses, when Sioned reveals she will not be coming to the wedding;  “It makes no sense to pretend we’re getting on,” she says, and refuses to go shopping in Carmarthen with Eileen, Angela and Courtney.
Mark has had another letter from the Royal Mail depot, which he hurriedly stuffs into a drawer as Gemma approaches;  after he has gone, she reads it, and finds it is another official warning.
Gemma reads the letter concerning Mark's official warning
She tells Debbie in the café, and is advised that she ought to organise a party for his fortieth birthday tomorrow.   When Mark returns home, Gemma tackles him about the letter, but he maintains it is not important, and goes off for a run.
Eifion goes to visit Angela, in an effort to prevent Cadno splitting them up, but Angela thinks it is for the best that they should finish;  he tells her that it is her that he wants, not Cadno.
At a dress shop, Eileen, Angela and Courtney are trying on dresses, and Eileen mentions that we have no control over who we love;  “You have to follow your heart,” she says, which causes Angela to ponder her relationship.   So it is that, on her return, she goes to Penrhewl, where Eifion is beginning to practise his striptease routine.   Angela tells him that she wants to give their romance another chance, and will not let Cadno kiss her way back into the farm.   She demonstrates how to sharpen up his dance routine, advising him to relax, and of course Cadno enters the room, glowering at the wildly gyrating couple.
Eifion, practising his routine, does not impress Cadno
Later, Cadno invites Angela to stay for dinner;  then ominously remarks to Eifion that Angela has no idea of what lies ahead.
Eileen tells Sioned that her dress was reduced to £150;  Sioned announces, “Perhaps I will come to the wedding after all, as a witness rather than a bridesmaid.”   Eileen tells her that Angela will never replace her, as she is the one who has been with her all the time, through good times and bad.   Sioned reminds her that everything is not “all right” – she has only said she will come to the wedding.
Sioned announces she will come to the wedding, after all
After visiting the café and Debbie refusing to serve him, Kevin lazes on the sofa, and Meic tells him that it is only a temporary home, he should stay away from the café and be careful around Anita.   Anita however says that Meic is being too soft with him;  “You should report him, show him who’s boss.   I want him out by tomorrow!”   Meic simply says, “I thought I’d lost him for ever.”
Anita is adamant that she wants Kevin out
