Keeping watch on Garry's door, with Iolo by his van
A car is parked, with a good view of the door to Garry’s flat;
Now is Gwyneth's chance, as Garry and Dani leave the flat
inside, Gwyneth and Nicky wait until the door opens and Garry and Dani come out.
She conducts a comprehensive search
Gwyneth gets out of the car, and warns Nicky to keep out of sight;  she slips into the flat, looks in cupboards, on top of the fridge, in the red and white box again, before spotting a box file on a shelf, where she finds Gwern’s passport.
Success!   She now has Gwern's passport
She smiles triumphantly, replaces the key in the jar and lets herself out.
As she walks round the corner, Garry and Dani are approaching, so she avoids them;  Garry says that as the police are not interested in pursuing the matter without proof, “I’m going to do something the police can’t, or won’t.
Garry is determined to make sure Gwyneth "disappears"
I’m going to make sure she disappears!”   Dani urges him to simply watch her, and “Give her enough rope to hang herself.”
Cadno refuses to help Eifion with the farmwork
Eifion is feeding the cows, and receives a text from Angela:  “Sorry for quarreling with you. Love you.”   Cadno arrives to collect some paperwork, but will not help him with the farm work.   Later, as he angrily attacks a stack of hay with his pitchfork, he slips and impales his foot.
Eifion is in a great deal of pain, having carelessly speared his foot
Writhing on the ground in agony, he rings Cadno, who returns from the village, supports him to her car and takes him to hospital.
Ffion and Jinx have been kept awake by Arwen;  Ffion is very concerned when Iolo visits them and tries her best to get him to leave, but Jinx wants to hear what he has to say.
Iolo is glad that they are considering "other options"
When Ffion says they are considering adoption, Iolo replies that he is glad they are considering other options as he was unable to accede to Ffion’s request for a favour.
Iolo explains the "favour" — being a sperm donor
“Favour?” says Jinx, puzzled, invites him to stay for a coffee, and Iolo continues to explain that he is sorry that Jinx is unable to have children, but he is not the person to act as a sperm donor and he has valid reasons.
"Iolo was our first choice, wasn't he, love?" says Jinx, sarcastically
Jinx represses his emotions, but tells Iolo, “We were stupid to expect such a favour, but you were our first choice, wasn’t he, love?” looking at Ffion.
Iolo adds, “I like the way you sent your girlfriend to do your dirty work, and she didn’t waste any time, just asked me!   It was a shock!”
“Yes, I’m sure it was,” replies Jinx
Looking at flats in Portugal or Spain
Gwyneth arrives home with the passport, and finds Nicky looking at places to rent in Portugal and the Spanish mountains.   Before they celebrate by spending the night together, Gwyneth has to go and deal with the flowers at Bethania, in order to keep on the right side of Siôn.   When she goes, Nicky cancels her B&B and books a room at a Swansea hotel.
Nicky is in a hurry to get away to a new life
She then turns up at the chapel, much to Gwyneth’s annoyance, wanting to hurry off to the hotel and book a flight.   Gwyneth thinks there is no rush, and that they should do one thing at a time.
"So you go behind my back — Why didn't you tell me?"
When Iolo has gone, Ffion says that she can explain;  she is so desperate to have another child.   “So you go behind my back, and tell Iolo that I can’t father children?   What’s your game?   I can’t believe how selfish you are!   It was a private matter – just the two of us.   Why didn’t you tell me?”
He warns her that if he had blown his top, it would have come out that they were related, and she needs to think twice, “Before opening that mouth!”
Eifion still cannot contact Angela
Eifion hobbles back into the farm, with Cadno telling him he needs to take it easy for a couple of weeks;  he is lucky it only needed a few stitches.   She says he will have to hire a farmhand, but he is reluctant.   He tries unsuccessfully to contact Angela, and Cadno says, “Where’s nurse Angela when she’s wanted?”   She agrees to stay to make sure he is all right, makes a cup of tea and will do the mucking out afterwards.
"Like you, me and Macs all over again!"
Ffion tries to justify herself, saying that Jinx is overreacting, and it is not her fault that she feels like this;  but Jinx answers, “It is your fault that you’re not being honest!   What would you have told me if Iolo had agreed?   It would have been the three of us again — like you, me and Macs!”
"You can forget your baby!"
As Ffion hangs her head, he continues, “We’re supposed to be in a good relationship!   What sort of a foundation is deceit for having a baby?   I won’t let you hoodwink me again, like you did with Arwen!   You can forget your baby!”
