Colin is not impressed by the diminutive size of his shorts
As Gethin is cooking braised beef ribs as a rehearsal for the cookery final, Colin complains that Iolo with his passion for hygiene has washed his shorts at too high a temperature and they have shrunk.   He tells Iolo not to touch his clothes, and Iolo storms off.

Siôn appears to be having an attack of conscience
He cannot have stayed out long though, as Siôn soon comes visiting, feeling guilty about what Gwyneth said, and asking if Iolo has heard from Macs lately.   Iolo says they spoke a month ago;  Macs’ work is going well and he has sorted himself out.   Siôn says that he misses Macs and Huw.
A lovely little outfit for Gwern
Sheryl and Dani are looking at wedding dresses;  Sheryl finds a page boy outfit, in which Gwern would look cute.   “You’ll be his step-mother when you’re married,” she says, but Dani replies that she will be more than that, as Garry is going for full custody.
One can only assume Dani does not like this one
She does not want to hurt Gwyneth, but to do what is best for Gwern.   Sheryl remarks that Gwyneth is not a bad person, deep down.
Siôn successfully convinced by Gwyneth again
Gwyneth apologises to Siôn for what she said, but he says it made him face the truth that he let his children down and feels responsible.   “I try so hard to do the right thing, but never succeed,” he admits.
“I’m trying to do the right thing for Gwern – he needs his mother,” she replies, and Siôn encourages her to fight as hard as she can to get him back.   “We only have one chance to deal with our children,” he tells her.
They will try and make him, "Colin at his best"
Colin is in the salon, wanting to be transformed into David Hasselhoff, but Sheryl thinks they should make him look like, “Colin at his best;”  Colin regrets his best will not be that great.
Sheryl says she is thinking of going on holiday to Thailand, and Colin says if it does not work out with Tessa, he will come with her.
On the subject of the tattoo, "I don't have to tell you everything!"
Mark discovers Gemma has had the tattoo, and is surprised she did not mention it.   Later he hears her talking in English on the phone, “I’m in a group, the Pappa People, and we’ll be going to Glastonbury next year.”
Mark listens to Gemma's fantasy
She tries to dismiss it with a cock and bull story about pretending to be in a group, and her friend Rosie pretends to be an actress, which does not convince him.   When he asks what she wants for supper, she says she will be working, and refuses a lift with him.
"If you want somebody else, be honest!"
He protests, “It’s easier to take two buses than have a lift with me?   I don’t want to sound like some jealous bloke, but if you want something or somebody else, just be honest!”   She assures him that she is happy here with him and leaves.
Gethin ladles his food into containers
As neither Iolo or Colin is back for mealtime, Gethin puts his culinary creation in two plastic containers, and tells Colin he is taking them to someone who will appreciate the food.
Gethin thinks Sheryl is being "a bit forward," wearing a wedding dress
Sheryl, back home, pours herself a glass of wine, looks at her wedding dress, and soon tries it on;  as she looks in the mirror, the buzzer goes, and she lets Gethin in.   “I know we’re good friends, but aren’t you rushing things a bit?” he jokes.
They both find the situation quite comical
Sheryl compliments Gethin on his cooking, and he is highly amused that she is wearing the dress for the wedding she did not turn up at, and even more so when she tells him where she has been – choosing a dress for Dani, who is marrying her ex.
He advises her that she should be more selfish;  if she wants Wil back, she should do something about it, and there are loads of people who would love to go on holiday with her – “I’ll come, if you’re stuck!”
He instructs her, “Sell that dress.   You’re holding on to a past you didn’t want in the first place.”
Colin takes exception to being called, "A Tangerine"
In the Deri Colin hears Mark’s tale of woe about Gemma and her attitude, but Mark will not take seriously advice given by, “A man who looks like a tangerine!”
Gwern is happier  with his mother now
In Garry’s absence, Dani takes Gwern round to see his mother;   Gwyneth is overjoyed to see him, but Dani tells her she is not doing this behind Garry’s back – she will tell him.   Later when they leave, Gwyneth asks Dani if she can try to change Garry’s mind.   Dani agrees that Gwyneth is a good mother, but, “You must remember what you did, to Brandon, Garry and me.
"You must remember what you did."
We remember, and that is why I can’t do you any favours.”
She calls to Gwern and they leave.
