Gemma, far from confident about her jewellery evening
Gemma is not happy with her latest batch of recycled jewellery, and Mark suggests getting Dani to model it at the Tapas Evening.   When she goes to see Dani, she eventually agrees, and says she has had a lot on her mind lately.
Mewn Fflach delivers two bicycles to Sheryl
Sheryl takes delivery of two bikes, for herself and Wil, brought by a white van, labelled “Mewn Fflach” (In a Flash);
Ffion thinks cycling is a good idea for the summer
Ffion is out jogging, and thinks it is a great idea for Wil and his mother to cycle together.
At the Deri, Angela says how good DJ’s food is, and reveals that she and Courtney are going for dinner to Penrhewl;  she tells Sioned that Cadno and Eifion have reached an understanding.
Ed displays his artwork for the evening's gathering
Ed has made an advertising board to go outside, and DJ lists all the exotic food that will be available at the Tapas Evening.
Cadno prepares lots of fresh local vegetables for the stew
At Penrhewl, where lambing is still under way, Cadno is preparing lamb stew, and when told that Angela and Courtney are coming, says there will be plenty for four.   Eifion tells her that he has an appointment on Monday at the surgery for an assessment.   He asks Cadno not to tell anyone – especially Angela, as he wants to tell her himself.
The salon is busy, with Diane having a manicure, and Gaynor is there for a trim;  Diane regrets DJ leaving Bryntirion, as only she and Dai are rattling round in there now.   When Sheryl mentions the bikes, which need assembling, Gaynor says that Rhys will help with that.   When Anita comes in, wanting a blowdry, Diane asks, “Is that a treat for you, or for the young chef?”
Sioned does not know what all the fuss is about
At the Deri, Sioned wonders why all this fuss is being made of Gemma’s jewellery evening.   Ed says he missed her while she was away, and instructs Sioned to buy a couple of her items, giving her some money to pay.
"I hope not!" says Eifion, much to Courtney's amusement
When Angela and Courtney arrive at the farm, Angela asks, “Did the sheep have a calf?” to which Eifion replies, “I hope not!”   When he says two lambs have just been born, Courtney wants to go and see them.   Cadno has taken Marian to visit a friend, and Eifion tells Angela that she made the dinner.   “That’s the least she can do after last week!” she moans, “Will she stop meddling now?”   When told that Cadno is intending to move out, Angela shouts excitedly, “At last!   Now we can be a normal household.”
In the Deri the jewellery demonstration is in full swing, with Anita and Diane placing their orders.
Sioned, against her will, buys two necklaces
Ed prompts Sioned to go and buy, so she very unconvincingly does so, and tells Gemma to “Keep the change.”
The Masterchef comes up with more delicious fare, impressing Ows
DJ brings in a tray of food – Anita comments, “You’ve gone to a lot of trouble.”   Gemma wants to catch up with Dani, having not seen her lately, but Dani is not very forthcoming, so Gemma suspects that Garry has been getting violent.
Dani reveals her secret to Gemma
In the end, Dani tells her about the abortion, but swears her to secrecy, and assures her that Garry was great.   Dani thanks Gemma for being so understanding, and invites her and Mark round for a meal tomorrow, at six.
Eifion is just about to drop in the word, "horse"
Courtney is enjoying the stew, and asks what the meat is;  “Horse!” replies Eifion, which causes some consternation.   Angela reproaches him for his joke;  “Eating horse is not a joke!”   This conveniently leads to her next bright idea for Penrhewl – “Why don’t we open a riding school?”   Eifion thinks of a reason, “We don’t have any horses!”   Angela has the same reasoning as with the tent:  people from towns having a holiday in the country and learning to ride.”
Cadno hears Angela's latest money-making scheme
At this point Cadno returns, and ladles herself a bowl of stew;  when Angela tells her the latest idea, she is incredulous, and surprised when Eifion is in favour of it.   After dinner, Courtney puts a film on, and she, Eifion and Angela sit on the sofa;  Cadno offers to go to check on the sheep and Angela comments, “Why is she so friendly?”
When Cadno passes the door on her way out, Eifion smiles at her, much to Angela’s displeasure.
Sheryl is looking forward to Wil's return
In the Deri, Sheryl tells Anita that she is moving back to the salon flat, ready for when Wil comes home, but Anita goes on about him taking a while to settle back in, and that he is at a difficult age.   Sheryl says, “It’s as if you don’t want him to come home!”
Anita replies that as Sheryl is still “fragile” she thinks it would be better if Wil stayed with her and Meic for a while;  it might be too much for her.
Sheryl is adamant:  “Living without Wil is what would be too much!”
