Eifion has a surprise for Angela
Eifion leads Angela into the field, his hands over her eyes, and reveals — a horse!   “You always said you wanted one,” he says, but she anwers, “I always said I wanted a Merc!
Angela, however, is less than impressed with the present
You bought a horse to make up for having a vasectomy?” and, unimpressed, walks away.
Cadno is told that the horse is for Angela, then he adds, “And Bobi and Arthur,” and points out that she is quiet and calm-natured.   “You’ll be calm-natured too, after tomorrow,” Angela sarcastically tells Eifion.
Eifion has to say the horse is also for Bobi and Arthur
Cadno calls her, “A control freak.”
Later Angela photographs the horse, saying she is going to put the pictures on the tent website, which apparently is still going, as it will attract children.
Sheryl is in the café, where Debbie assures her that Meic will be only too pleased to look after Wil if she teaches at evening classes.
Taid Ifor pays Jinx a surprise visit
Then Jinx comes in, and is amazed to see his grandfather sitting there, eating fish and chips.   “What are you doing here?” he asks.
Jinx notices the out of date tax disc, which Taid seems confused about
When they go back to Jinx’s flat, he notices that the tax disc on Taid’s car is out of date, so he goes online to renew it;  Taid cannot remember the registration number, or his postcode — “LL-something,” he says.   His excuse is that he is tired after the long journey.
Britt reassures Sheryl in the salon that it was bound to be an anticlimax when Wil was back.   Sheryl mentions Darren’s accusation that she is “suffocating” Wil, and wonders if she should be considering this evening work as soon as he is back home.
Ieuan Griffiths delivers a shock to Iolo
Iolo has a call back from Ieuan Griffiths, and is shocked to hear that he is thinking of selling the house;  Iolo hurries round to tell his father that he may soon be homeless.
Siôn completing the application to see if Iolo qualifies
Siôn find an online mortgage site, where he inputs the details, and Iolo is amazed that he qualifies for a mortgage;  now he must persuade Griffiths to accept his offer.
Nurse Angela's advice is to keep a careful watch on Taid
Jinx calls at Angela’s, with his worries about Taid’s memory problems, and she advises that he keep a list of things he notices, and see if a pattern emerges.
Taid plays with Arwen, who watches him carefully
He collects his daughter, then, back home, while Taid plays with Arwen, he starts compiling the list;
Taid reads Jinx's notes on the pad
when he pops out to the shop for dinner ingredients, Taid looks at what he has written, and seems concerned.
"Stop dribbling, you three," admonishes Debbie in the Deri
In the Deri, Garry, Siôn and Eifion are staring fixedly at a young blonde at the end of the bar;  Debbie rebukes them for dribbling.   Sheryl comes in just as the blonde asks Anwen, who is today serving behind the bar, where she can find Sheryl Hughes, and is directed to the salon.
Sheryl explains her predicament to Garry
Sheryl quickly leaves again, closely followed by Garry, and she hides in the garage.   She reveals to Garry that the blonde, who Garry calls “unnaturally young”, has come to see her about the tutoring, and she is having second thoughts.
Although Garry tells her it is natural to be hesitant about new things, she feels, “I have dragged Wil back from his new life, to fill a void in my life.   What if I have made a mistake?   Wil does not have one bad word to say about his life in Canada, he loves his little sister, and it does not feel right separating them.   What if he ends up hating me?”   Garry replies that it appears she has made her mind up.
Eifion goes to see Angela, apologising for his insensitivity;  he had not considered the fact that she lost a baby.   “If you want me to cancel the op, so we can discuss it properly, I will.”

The next step in Angela's plan — get him into bed!
Angela manipulatively suggests that there is no hurry to decide tonight, and as Courtney is away, she picks up a bottle of wine and two glasses, and leads him up the stairs.
